Tan Hiep Hung Company's product and service return policy stipulates the reasons for acceptance, requirements for products to be returned and return processing time for customers.
Conditions of exchange
– Exchange period is within 6 months from the date of purchase.
– Exchanged goods must still have original stamps, labels, unused and have a purchase invoice attached (when selling goods, the sales representative must inform the customer).
– Customers can exchange products based on size or style requirements or due to manufacturing errors.
– Exchanges only apply to full price products. Do not exchange products that have been exchanged once before, unless the product has a technical error again.
Exchange value
– The exchanged product must have equal or higher value than the value of the previously purchased product.
Processing time for exchange
– Products can be exchanged immediately within 6 months
– Products needing appraisal due to manufacturing errors must be resolved within no more than 6 months (except Sundays and holidays).
Cases of refusal to exchange goods
– Does not meet the exchange conditions as stated above.
– Goods purchased more than 6 months ago. If returned (Company recovers 50 % at current selling price).
– The goods look new, still have the labels intact, but show signs of being dirty, scratched, the goods' accessories are no longer complete or damaged by external factors after purchase.
– The product is damaged due to customer error.
– The product is damaged due to repair.
– Customers are not allowed to return the product when the product does not have any technical errors.
Refund:
– In case Tan Hiep Hung Company's product is delivered to the customer and has a technical error, the customer can request to exchange for a new product or when the two parties cannot reach an agreement on exchange.
